YCK Laneways signs agreement with Bacardi-Martini to bring even more parties to the precinct

If you thought the YCK Laneways precinct was a party before, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Sydney’s small bar playground has signed an agreement with international alcohol giant Bacardi-Martini to keep the party going across York, Clarence and Kent streets. As part of the agreement, YCK Laneways will be putting on even more activations and events to bring people to this vibrant nightlife precinct.

Previous activations and festivals have included YCK Intersections, which was also supported by Bacardi-Martini. Other activations have included YCK Laneways Block Party; YCK Laneways Night After Light; and YCK Laneways Long Lunches and Late Nights.

Time Out has long been a supporter of YCK Laneways, and we’ve been there since the beginning. Time Out is a proud media partner of YCK Laneways’ events, as well as a founding media partner of the precinct itself. We can’t wait to party at the bars of the precinct at upcoming Bacardi-Martini events.

YCK vice president and founder of the Pocket Group of Bars Karl Schlothauer welcomes the Bacardi-Martini agreement: “We’re excited to be formalising our partnership with Bacardi-Martini as we continue to bring to life epic events that help to drive incremental sales and footfall across the precinct.”

“On behalf of all of the bars and venues that make up YCK, we’re incredibly grateful for the support and look forward to our continued work together.”

Bacardi-Martini marketing director Sarah Nichols agrees: “Over the last few years Bacardi-Martini Australia have developed many initiatives to drive business into bars in Australia.

“Our partnership with YCK Laneways truly encompasses this commitment to support the people within the hospitality & entertainment industries as we move forward into the future – I’m so excited to see what amazing events and experiences are brought to life through this alliance.”
